DESCRIPTION:Please join the Travis Manion Foundation’s Clarksville chapter and other community groups for a workout dedicated to our fallen heroes. We will also be conducting a resource fair, and local organizations with a veteran- or military-based mission are asked to join us and help ensure veterans are aware of and have access to the wide variety of resources in our community.\nThe workout is the Manion WOD, which consists of 7 rounds of a 400-meter movement (run, walk, or ruck) and 29 squats (we will have weights available, but you can also use a weighted ruck or do bodyweight squats).\nParticipants are asked to register at https://tinyurl.com/2wwhbsbm, and you can choose the regular option (t-shirt) or the GORUCK option (t-shirt and ruck patch).\nParticipants are welcome to participate for free, and will be asked to sign a liability waiver prior to starting the workout.\nIf your organization is interested in participating in the resource fair, please contact Chris at clarksvillechapter@travismanion.org. Organizations must bring their own tables and chairs, and there are no power connections available.\n \n
