Claymation & Stop Motion Animation Workshop

In this workshop we will teach the basics of stop motion filming. We will show step-by-step how to create a stop motion film.

We will learn how to create a storyboard. We will take this hands on and actually make a storyboard together and plan out the film. Using the storyboard we will create a 10-30 second video.

Materials needed: iPhone or android phone with video abilities or any other device with camera capabilities.

You will need to download the app called Stop Motion Studio which is available on iPhone and android.

You can also bring any action figures you may want to incorporate in the video.

Materials provided: We will provide tripods for filming and the clay for the claymation portion of the project.

This workshop will be a 2 hour time frame and we will work on a video. You will leave with the knowledge to take these skills and create your own videos too.

We have limited spots so get your tickets today using the link below! The cost is $25 per person. Proceeds go to fund the 501c3 non-profit ArtLink and its community programs.
