Become a Friend of the Coalition

Show your support for the Montgomery County Veterans Coalition by joining the exclusive and annual Friends of the Veterans Coalition Program! This program offers an opportunity for community members to showcase their strong ties and dedication to serving our local veteran community.

Why should you support MCVC?

After 20 years of back-to-back deployments, our community must be better prepared. As soldiers exit Ft. Campbell, our area continues to grow, not only in our veteran numbers, but our disabled veteran numbers.

  • Montgomery County has the 2nd largest veteran population in the state.
  • Montgomery County has the largest population of 100% disabled veterans.
  • Future veteran population projections show our county having the largest veteran population within the decade.

As our veteran community grows, the burden on the Veterans Coalition increases to ensure:

  • Gaps in services are eliminated to reduce the risk of veteran suicide.
  • A complete flow of information is established to increase collaboration, improve access to resources, and reduce duplication of services.
  • Advocating for our population so that veteran community issues are identified and solutions are created that improve the quality of life for veterans and their families.
