What qualifications do you need? What is required is a desire to learn something new, the ability to travel extensively, you must work hard and help us achieve our mission, and you must be able to get along with a diverse group of people while working in a strong and focused team environment. If you have any of the following experiences, this will move you to the front of the line: • Prior soil stabilization, grouting, or foundation mitigation experience OR • Prior construction industry experience as a carpenter or framer for example OR • Prior concrete experience such as a concrete finisher/form builder or shotcrete experience OR • Prior masonry experience OR • Prior farming or ranching experience OR • Prior heavy equipment operating experience • Must not be afraid of heights • A CDL Class A is highly desired but not required; a clean Motor Vehicle Driving Record • The ability to travel at least 3-4 weeks at a time. • Reliability and a strong work ethic • Ability to get along with a diverse group of people The basic pay for this position starts at $17.00 an hr. and goes up based off experience, we average 20 hours overtime per week, paid weekly and we offer full-time, full benefits upon hiring.
