Military2VA program – The VA Tennessee Valley Healthcare System (TVHS) is committed to providing quality services and treatment specific to the needs of active duty service members and Veterans as they transition from military service.
The Military2VA is team of dedicated healthcare professionals work together to ensure timely, quality care is provided in a patient-centered environment. We want to ensure that your transition to civilian life is as smooth and seamless as possible.

Who does your organization target?

The Military2VA program focuses support on new transitioning service members or veteran that discharged in the past 10 years that are new to the VA Healthcare System.

Application Process

For Healthcare Eligibility: Apply in person at one of our facilities by completing a VA Form 1010EZ or call 877-222-8387 "press Option 1" or apply online at https://www.va.gov/health-care/how-to-apply/
