Freeman Recovery Center is a Joint Commission–accredited addiction and behavioral health treatment provider serving Tennessee through a full continuum of care, including medical detox, residential treatment, Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), outpatient services, and recovery housing support.
We are committed to serving veterans by providing trauma-informed, clinically sound care that recognizes the unique experiences and challenges associated with military service. Many veterans face co-occurring conditions such as PTSD, depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders. Our programming integrates evidence-based modalities—including CBT, DBT, trauma-focused therapies, and 12-Step integration—within a structured and supportive environment.
Freeman Recovery Center works with the VA Community Care Network (CCN) and other approved veteran benefit programs to help ensure access to care when medically appropriate and authorized. Our team assists with coordination of care, benefit verification, and communication to support continuity between VA providers and our clinical team.
Veterans can access services at our physical locations in Middle Tennessee or through structured virtual outpatient programming when appropriate. We prioritize dignity, respect, and individualized treatment planning to support long-term recovery and reintegration.
We value collaboration with VA partners and are committed to providing accessible, accountable, and high-quality care to the veteran community.
