The mission of the Veterans Upward Bound Program is to inspire confidence, explore educational options, and create individual success plans towards academic and career goals. We also link adult veteran learners to resources that lead to higher education enrollment and continuous quality of life. The VUB is a free program with no associated fees. Service and materials are provided to help Veterans achieve their pre-college educational goals. We provide services such as admission application assistance, educational counseling, financial aid assistance, computer and study skills, cultural events, college campus visits/tours, Instructional tutoring/self-directed study guide, and referral to other community agencies serving Veterans.
